Vertical lathe machine foundation making method:
Firmness of foundation of vertical lathe machine effects directly basic accuracy of of vertical lathe machine, so the foundation of vertical lathe machine should meet below requirements:
1. In order to eliminate the vibration when working, the soil of foundation of vertical lathe machine should be firmed, should not have the subsidence or deformation phenomenon, should prevent underground water from permeating.
2. Foundation should not have crack, and should have sufficient firmness.
3.The foundation should be built as per the foundation drawing, the depth of foundation should be decided as per local soil conditions.
4. Precaution before installation:
Installation location of machine tool should consider the disassembly position for the gearbox, side tool post ram, feeding transmission mechanism, long screw rod, feeding rod of beam lifting mechanism.
Rust preventive oil is coated on the machining surface of machine tool when packing, which will be removed before installation of machine tool, rust preventive oil or oiled paper can be scraped off by wood chip, rest oil layer should be washed by clean kerosene.
In order to remove the rust preventive oil quickly, suggest that solution such as acetone or turpentine oil is coated for 3-4 minutes, then use the clean cloth to wipe it lightly. Use the clean, soft cloth to wipe and dry it again after washing, then coated with the machinery oil.
