Fault 1: The serial encoder of the CNC machining center has an error in communication, the reason is: the unit has detected that the motor encoder of the CNC machining center is disconnected or the communication is poor. Check whether the encoder feedback line of the motor is connected to the amplifier correctly and firmly. If the feedback line is normal, replace the servo motor (because the encoder of the motor is integrated with the motor and cannot be disassembled), and if it is α motor, replace the encoder. If it occurs occasionally, it may be caused by interference, check whether the shield wire of the motor feedback wire is intact.
Fault 2: CNC machining center encoder pulse counting error alarm (LED display 6, the system's PMM screen shows 303/304/305/308 alarm) cause analysis: the serial encoder of the servo motor is lost pulse in operation, or does not count. Turn the machine off and on, if there is still the same alarm, replace the motor (if it is α motor to replace the encoder) or feedback cable. If the alarm disappears after the CNC machining center is restarted, you must return to the reference point before running other commands. If the PMM of the system is 308 alarm, it may be caused by interference, shut down and turn it on.
