The purpose of adjusting the spindle bearing of vertical lathe machine is to reduce the radial clearance of the bearing of vertical lahte machine. Since the spindle journal and the bearing inner ring of vertical lathe machine have taper, when the axial adjustment of inner ring of the bearing "A" and" B", it can produce radial deformation, so as to adjust the joint clearance between the bearing roller and the inner ring. The adjustment steps are as follows:
a. Draw out the working table with the main spindle and bearing inner circle.
b. Unscrew the top thread "C" and nut "F".
c. Rotate the nut "E", make the bearing inner circle to move in the axial direction, so that to adjust the radial space.
d. Screw tightly the top thread "C" and nut "F".
e. Load the working table main spindle in the base of working table.
