1. Comply with the general safety operation procedures of milling and boring workers. Wear labor protection equipment according to regulations.
2. Check whether the connection of the operating handle, switch, knob, clamp mechanism and hydraulic piston is in the correct position, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the safety device is complete and reliable.
3. Check whether there are obstacles within the effective operating range of each axis of the boring machne.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the machine tool with super performance. According to the workpiece material, the cutting speed and feed rate are selected.
5. When loading and unloading heavier workpieces, reasonable spreaders and hoisting methods must be selected according to the weight and shape of the workpiece.
6. When the spindle rotates and moves, it is strictly forbidden to touch the spindle and the cutter installed at the end of the spindle with your hands.
7. When replacing the tool, it must be stopped first, and it can only be replaced after confirmation, and the damage of the blade should be paid attention to when replacing.
8. It is forbidden to step on the rail surface and painted surface of the equipment or place items on it. It is strictly forbidden to knock or straighten the workpiece on the workbench.
9. After the new workpiece is entered into the processing program, the correctness of the program must be checked, whether the simulation operation program is correct, and the automatic cycle operation is not allowed without the test to prevent the boring machne from malfunctioning.
10. When using the horizontal rotary radial tool holder of boring machne to cut alone, the boring bar should be returned to the zero position first, and then replaced with M43 to the flat rotary plate mode under the MDA mode, if the U-axis is to move, it must be ensured that the U-axis manual clamping device has been loosened.
11. When the rotary table (B-axis) is required in the work, it should be ensured that it will not touch other parts of boring machne or other objects around the machine tool when rotating.
12. When the boring machne is running, it is forbidden to touch the rotating screwshaft, smooth rod, spindle and flat rotating plate, and the operator is not allowed to stay on the moving parts of the machine tool.
13. When the boring machne is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the job or entrust someone to take care of it.
14. If there is an abnormal phenomenon and sound in the operation of the boring machne, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be found out, and it should be dealt with in time.
15. When the spindle box and workbench of the boring machne are in or close to the limit of motion position, the operator shall not enter the following areas:
(1) between the bottom surface of the spindle box and the bed;
(2) between the boring shaft and the work;
(3) between the bed or the workbench when the boring shaft is extended;
(4) between the workbench and the spindle box when the workbench moves;
(5) between the rear tail barrel and the wall and the oil tank when the boring shaft rotates;
(6) between the workbench and the front main column;
(7) other areas that may cause extrusion;
16. When the machine tool is shut down, the workbench must be retreated to the middle position, the boring bar must be withdrawn, and then the operating system must be withdrawn, and finally the power supply must be cut off.
