The maintenance work of the boring machine mainly pays attention to cleaning, lubrication and reasonable operation. Routine maintenance work is carried out in the following three phases:
1) Before the start of work of the boring machine. Check whether the parts and mechanisms of the machine tool are in good condition and whether the position of each handle is normal, clean all parts of the machine tool, observe the lubrication device, directly lubricate the guide rail surface of the machine tool, and run at low speed and idle for a certain time.
2) In the course of work of the boring machine. The main thing is to operate correctly, not to allow the machine tool to overwork, not to use the precision machine tool for rough machining, etc. If there is any abnormality in the machine tool during the work, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
3) After the work of the boring machine is over. Clean all parts of the machine tool, move the moving parts of the machine tool to the specified position, and turn off the power supply.
