The Machining Object Of A CNC Lathe

In hardware processing, all rotary body parts that can be clamped on ordinary lathes can be processed on CNC lathes. However, CNC lathes have the characteristics of high machining accuracy, can do linear and circular interpolation, and can automatically change speed in the process of hardware processing, and its process range is much wider than that of ordinary machine tools.

The CNC lathe has good rigidity, high manufacturing and tool setting accuracy, and can easily and accurately enter the manual compensation and automatic compensation, so it can process parts with high dimensional accuracy requirements. In addition, the tool movement of CNC turning is realized by high-precision interpolation motion and servo drive, coupled with the good rigidity and high manufacturing accuracy of the machine tool, so it can process parts with high shape accuracy requirements such as bus straightness, roundness, and cylindricity. For arcs and other curved contours, the resulting shape is much closer to the geometry required on the drawing than with a copy lathe.

CNC lathes have constant linear speed cutting function, so the best linear speed can be selected to cut the cone and end face, so that the surface roughness value after turning is small and consistent, and the parts with small and uniform surface roughness value can be processed.

CNC lathes can not only turn straight, taper and end face threads of any equal lead, but also turn threads with smooth transitions between variable leads. When CNC lathe turns threads, the spindle steering does not have to be alternately changed like ordinary lathes, and it can cycle without stopping until it is completed, so the efficiency of CNC lathe threads is very high.
