Safety Cautions
Operation Manual includes mechanical part and electric part
Before installation and commission, staff should read the full set of operation manual and accept special training.
Winching installation and operation of lathe machine should be made by professional staff. The related safety operation rules can be carried out strictly.
Adjustment of lathe should be done according to the methods in operation manual. And the lathe should be adjusted when the machine has been stopped.
Non-electrical professional staff shouldn't touch electrical system of machine tool.
When moving parts close to limit position, it should be run with reduced speed.
Gear-shifting speed-changing should be done after work-table stops running.
When there is an accident during operation, push the red emergency stop button to stop the machine. After problem is solved, the machine can be started again.
During cutting, measuring size, adjusting sample, touching machining surface by hand or watching near to the machine shouldn't be done.
During machine tool is running, operation staff shouldn't leave the work place; should observe the working situation in operation place of machine tool.
