Operating Precautions for CNC Double Column Vertical Lathe
Operation Manual includes mechanical part and electric part.
Before installation and commission, staff should read the full set of operation manual and accept special training.
Winching installation and operation of lathe machine should be made by professional staff. The related safety operation rules are carried out strictly.
Adjustment of lathe should be done according to the method in operation manual. And the lathe should be adjusted when stopping the machine.

When moving parts close to limit position, it should be run with reduced speed.

During cutting, measuring size, adjusting sample, touching machining surface by hand or watching near to the machine shouldn't be done.
During running of the machine tool, operation staff shouldn't leave the work place; should observe the working situation in operation place of machine tool.
When machine tool makes a alarm, please stop the machine firstly, then find out the reason. After fault clearing, start the machine again.
