The main drive of vertical turning lathe is driven by an AC motor, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the shift fork to shift gears.
The horizontal (X-axis) and vertical (Z-axis) feed of the vertical tool post is driven by an AC servo motor, and the ball screw is driven by a planetary reducer to make the vertical tool post in both directions of the X axis and the Z axis. Get the corresponding feed and rapid movement.
The worktable adopts a dynamic pressure guide rail, and its main shaft is equipped with two NN3000 type double row short cylindrical roller bearings. The inner ring has a taper to adjust the radial clearance. Both bearings have oil flow for lubrication and ensure the axial and radial accuracy of the worktable. There are four manual jaws on the worktable.
The vertical column is connected with the base of the worktable, and its material is made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron, and a beam lifting mechanism is provided at the upper end of the column. Driven by an AC motor, the beam moves up and down on the vertical column.
The crossbeam moves up and down on the column guide rail, and the crossbeam beam is raised and lowered by a single screw. A safety floating nut device is installed on the beam to ensure accurate, safe and reliable work during the lifting process of the beam. The beam is enlarged on the column by a hydraulic cylinder through a lever and pushed by the inclined iron to clamp or loosen it. The clamping mechanism has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation.
