The basic components are made of high-strength cast iron materials and cast using the resin sand process, which greatly reduces the residual stress of the castings and ensures the long-term accuracy stability of the machine tool. The ram is made of high-strength ductile iron with a reasonable internal structure design, featuring excellent bending stiffness and capable of withstanding large cutting forces.
