Main transmission mechanism
The main drive of the machine tool is a common AC motor, which is driven by gears to reduce speed, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the shift fork to push the gears to shift gears, so that the worktable can obtain the required speed.
The overall layout of the machine tool
This machine tool is composed of vertical column, main gearbox, worktable, beam lifting mechanism, left and right vertical tool posts, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc. The machine tool adopts a gantry type structure, that is, the two vertical columns are connected with the two sides of the worktable, the main gearbox is closed behind the worktable, the beam moves up and down on the vertical column guide rail, and the left vertical tool post and right vertical tool post are arranged on the beam, can do horizontal and vertical feed and rapid movement. The machine tool is equipped with a button station, and the main operations on the machine tool are concentrated on the button station.
