The main castings of cnc horizontal machine center adopt a reasonable thin-walled multi rib structure, and the castings have good rigidity; The bed body is a T-shaped structure, and the column is a double-layer wall structure.

 

The columns of HMC630 and HMC500 move left and right on the T-shaped bed to form the X-axis, the worktable moves forward and backward on the T-shaped bed to form the Z-axis, and the spindle box moves up and down on the columns to form the Y-axis.

 

HMC800 adopts a new layout of frame in frame, with a cross shaped skateboard moving on the overall frame to achieve X-direction movement, with good rigidity and high precision; The worktable moves forward and backward on the bed to form the Z-axis, and the spindle box moves up and down on the cross slide to form the Y-axis; The XY axis adopts dual motor center of gravity drive, with fast speed and high accuracy.

 

There are two options to choose from: single work and dual exchange workbench, to meet the processing needs of different users.

 

Vertical and horizontal automatic indexing milling heads can be configured to achieve machining in different states of vertical and horizontal, expanding the machining range of the machine tool.
