Model HMC50/HMC63 cnc horizontal machining center is our company combined with foreign advanced technology on the basis of self-development of a series of stereotypical products.
To absorb the advanced design concepts and technology, optimize the technical characteristics of the domestic similar product, the whole machine with high rigid frame structure, the reliability of the structure design, thus not only has high rigidity, high precision, high speed, high efficiency.
The overall structure of the machine is composed of bed, work table, column and headstock, which is a closed rigid frame structure. All of them are made of high strength cast iron and resin sand, which has good shock absorption, thermal stability, high structural strength and rigidity of the machine. The machine bed is a T-shaped casting integral bed, the table moves along the ladder guide rail of the transverse bed (X axis), the vertical column is equipped with horizontal multifunctional boring and milling head, the boring and milling head moves up and down along the guide rail of the column (Y axis), the table moves before and after the guide rail of the longitudinal bed (Z axis).
