● Equipped with SIEMENS CNC control ( optional, FANUC and GSK), except CNC auto running mode, you can also use it in manual way.
● Two configurations available, 4 steps gearbox plus AC variable motor, or 2 steps gearbox plus big torque DC stepless motor, with threading function and CSCS ( constant surface cutting speed) function
● High grade casting from own foundry following by proper heat treatment.
● Hardened guideway ( about HRC40). Perfect long lifetime and stable accuracy.
● Beam is with the cover. Each lubrication part adopts automatic lubrication system and provide timed and quantitative centralized oil supply.
● High precision gears in the gearbox ensure low noise and long lifetime. Good service, start production immediately after setup.
