Product Feature
The crossbeam is vertically lifting movement on the guide rail of the vertical column. The crossbeam is driven by AC motor, driven by the left and right lifting box and the lead screw, and equi-height fine-tuning mechanism and the lead screw synchronous rotation protection switch are set. The rear side of the crossbeam guide rail is provided with the crossbeam grading positioning and inserting mechanism to ensure the horizontal accuracy of the crossbeam. The crossbeam is clamped by disc spring and hydraulically relaxed, making it safe and reliable.
The turning milling tool post is located in front of the crossbeam and is composed of the tool post slide seat, ram, vertical feed mechanism, milling main shaft and so on. The turning milling tool post realizes the horizontal feed and fast feed movement by putting the horizontal feed mechanism in front of the crossbeam, and the power is provided by AC servo motor; The ram is installed in the slide seat of the tool post, and the vertical feed and fast feed movement of the ram are realized through the vertical feed mechanism. A hydraulic balancing device is installed on the right side of the turning milling tool post which can balance off part of the weight of the ram and make the ram run smoothly. The upper side of the ram is installed with a reducer and a servo spindle motor, and the lower part of the ram is installed with a milling spindle, milling spindle is connected with the reducer through the drive shaft to realize the torque and speed range required for milling and drilling. A milling spindle motor encoder is installed on the upper side of the ram for rigid tapping. When the machine tool is working in the form of turning function, the tool holder and the tool bar can be installed under the ram, and the table runs in the form of main motion to realize the turning of the outer circle and the inner hole of the workpiece.
