CNC VTL Vertical Lathe Machine

Model CK5112/ CK5116/ CK5120, CK5123/ CK5126 CNC single column vertical lathe is used for machining kinds of the ferrous & nonferrous metal and some non-metal materials with hard alloy cutter, high capability and high speed steel cutters.

Through programs, below processing can be finished:
1. Turning inside and outside cylindrical surface
2. Turning flat surface, inner & outer conical surface and inner & outer stepsurface.
3. Arc curved surface processing, grooving & cutting, chamfer and round corner, R chamfer.

The large castings of this machine tool use high-quality resin sand casting technology, and after rough machining, heat aging treatment is carried out to scientifically eliminate internal stress; the sliding surface of the machine tool is plasticized, which improves the wear resistance by more than 5 times and increases the accuracy of the guide rail. The sliding seat uses an independent automatic centralized lubrication device, and the electrical components use the international famous electric Schneider. The spindle bearing uses the D-class bearing.

This series lathe is CNC single column vertical lathe and controlled by CNC system, tool post is linked controlled by CNC in X axis and Z axis and is separately driven by AC servo motor through high precision ball screw. There is brake on Z axis motor for power-off protection. Both X axis and Z axis are closed loop control. Guide rail of tool post and ram use soft band / scraping boron casting iron, which improves guide rail's abrasive resistance, accuracy stability. Lubrication of guide rail adopts centralization lubrication, it can lubricate automatically and quantificationally, which can lubricate more sufficient and more reliable. Totally enclosed protection, stainless cover makes appearance beautiful and clean.

Main transmission is dragged by main motor, working table adopts gearbox transmission. Hydraulic pressure brakes and makes a gear-shifting. There is high-precision double-line cylindrical roller bearing on the working table main spindle, inner ring has taper, so as to adjust radial space, which can ensure that main spindle can works steadily under the high rotation speed. Main transmission mechanism can be lubricated by pressure oil.Crossbeam can be enlarged by hydraulic oil tank through lever and push the wedge, make the crossbeam to clamp on the vertical columns firmly, loose the wedge, actuate the beam rising and fall motor, crossbeam is actuated to the suitable machining position. All kinds of information instruction and data can be showed in LCD.
