The spindle adopts high speed and high precision spindle unit and automatic tool striking device. The spindle adopts the center blowing structure. Before changing the tool, the taper hole and the tool handle are cleaned to remove residues and ensure the high precision and rigidity of the spindle. Machine cooling using flow cooling pump, high pressure chip and full cooling. Machine tool lubrication adopts electric pump centralized automatic lubrication device, timing and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication of lead screw and guide rail surface, stable and reliable.
X, Y, Z three-way guide adopts linear guide pair, manufactured by Taiwan Shangyin/Yintai, greatly improving the machining accuracy and working efficiency of machine tools. The three-way feed adopts large pitch, high-precision ball screw, the three-axis servo motor and the lead screw adopts the direct connection form, the imported non-clearance elastic coupling, the transmission has no clearance, the rotational inertia is small, the transmission stiffness is high, to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool; The lead screw is supported by pre-tension structure, which greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the precision of machine tool during long time operation.
