This machine is a single-column CNC vertical lathe. The CNC system uses Siemens system and has a vertical tool post. Gear position is set in the system. All gears use 40Cr grinding gears, which have the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and low noise.
Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system of the lathe is used for speed change of the worktable, clamp & loosen of cross beam, lubrication for guide rail of the worktable, lubrication of gear-box and transmission mechanism of the worktable. When the speed of the table, input M41-M44 in the system, the electromagnetic valve YV6 energized, the pressure oil through the electromagnetic valve to the gearbox positioning the lock rod cylinder end, at the same time push the lock rod to the release position, the variable speed induction switch is energized, so that the main motor automatic servo, and at the same time, the YV1-YV4 electromagnetic directional valve are energized as below list. At this time, the pressure oil is divided into two ways through the lock rod positioning valve, Through the electromagnetic reversing valve YV1-YV4 to the oil cylinder end, the pull rod and fork push the gearwheel to change the speed. After each sliding gearwheel clenches the teeth properly, the main motor servo stops, the electromagnetic reversing valve YV6 power off, positioning lock rod back to original position, at the same time, the variable speed induction switch and the lock rod is disconnect, after 2 seconds, YV1-YV4 electromagnetic reversing valve power off, and the variable speed is over.
