Structure Introduction
The main drive of CNC double column vertical lathe is driven by an AC motor, and the brake is an energy-consumption brake, which cooperates with mechanical speed change to achieve the required speed of the worktable. The gear shift is realized by the hydraulic cylinder pushing the shift fork to drive the gear to move. The gearbox gear adopts high-precision ground gears with low noise; the large spiral bevel gear adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching gear grinding technology.
The worktable of CNC double column vertical lathe adopts hydrostatic guide rails, which are inlaid with zinc-based alloy guide rails, and are supplied with constant current by a synchronous shunt motor. It has the characteristics of stable static pressure, large load-bearing capacity and high precision. The main shaft is equipped with high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the radial runout of the worktable. The base material of the workbench and workbench is HT250. The worktable is equipped with a four-jaw manual chuck.
Hydraulic system explanation
This CNC double column vertical lathe adopts electricity, hydraulic pressure to achieve speed-changing of working table, the relaxation of beam clamping mechanism, lubrication of working table and the balance of left and right tool post rams. So actuating the oil pump firstly before using the lathe.
The variable speed of the working table is determined by the operator to choose the high and low speed according to the actual needs of the processing workpiece, After the table stops rotating, press the speed change button to select the desired rotation speed, the the electromagnetic reversing valve gets the electricity and turn on the pressure oil; simultaneously the pressure oil is connected with the cylinder corresponding to the rotation speed. When the cylinder is moving, push the gear through the pull rod and fork to change speed.
During the speed change process, the main motor point moving to help hang the gear. After the speed-changing is completed, the main motor pulse stops and the yellow light is off on the button station, then table rotation can be started. When pressing the beam rise or down button, the electromagnetic change valve is energized, the clamping mechanism is relaxed, the beam starts to lift; release the button, the electromagnetic change valve power off, the beam stops lifting, and the clamping mechanism clamps the beam on the vertical column.
The working pressure of the hydraulic system is adjusted to 2.8MPa by the main overflow valve. In order to ensure the balance of the left vertical tool post, the system is equipped with one-way valve, liquid control one-way valve and accumulator. The overflow valve is used to balance the overflow cylinder when the vertical tool post moves downwards, which is adjusted to the less overflow when the tool post is not moving, and generally adjusted to 2.5MPa. The pressure relay is used for the overpressure protection of the balance system, and its action pressure is generally adjusted to 4.0MPa. The balance system principle of the right tool post is the same as above. The overflow oil of the main overflow valve in the system is used for the lubrication of each part of the machine tool. In them, the pressure of the lubricating oil leading to the closing groove of the working table guide rail is adjusted to 0.5MPa by the pressure valve. The pressure relay is also provided in the lubricating oil road of the working table closing groove to prevent the damage the table guide rail due to insufficient lubrication pressure.
The hydraulic system of the machine tool consists of the following parts: main transmission speed-changing system; hydraulic balance of left and right tool post ram; beam clamp and relaxation; Table dynamic pressure guide rail system; lubrication of gearbox and working table.

Introduction

This machine tool is a type of gantry double column vertical lathe, there are two vertical tool post, can complete the turning parts of the outer circle, inner hole, inside and outer conical surface, end surface, groove and cut.
The working table of this machine tool is driven by an AC main motor through a gearbox, which controls the gear-changing of the variable speed oil cylinder to achieve four-speed stepless speed regulation of the working table. The working table can be jogged forward and backward to facilitate workpiece alignment, and the speed change of the working tableis carried out on the button station.
The spindle of the working table is equipped with high-precision NN3000K double row cylindrical roller bearings. Its inner ring has the taper that can adjust radial clearance to ensure that the spindle operates smoothly with centering accuracy.
The right tool post of this machine tool is CNC and the left tool post is programmed controlled.The feed process of the left & right tool post is controlled by servo system, and the vertical tool post and crossbeam feed are controlled separately. When operating the tool post, the operator drives the feed in both directions of the tool post by controlling the servo according to the workpiece situation. The feed amount and spindle speed are set by the operator themselves. There is a handheld pulse on the button station, which can conveniently control the feed rate of the tool post during feed.
The vertical tool post uses hydraulic oil cylinders to balance the weight of the ram. The upper part of the tool post is equipped with two unloading rollers. Adjusting the screws on its upper end can make a portion of the weight of the upright tool post borne by the rollers, reducing the wear of the diagonal iron on the sliding seat on the crossbeam.
The crossbeam is clamped onto the vertical column by a clamping cylinder through a lever. Before lifting the crossbeam, the pressure oil opens the cylinder to release the crossbeam, and its operation is also on the button station.
