Structure Introduction
This machine tool is a double-column vertical lathe, in which the right tool post is a CNC tool post and the left tool post is an ordinary ram. The machine tool is composed of main parts such as gantry, worktable, gearbox, beam, vertical tool post, electrical and hydraulic station.
The left upright column, right upright column, connecting beam, worktable, etc. form a closed symmetrical frame. The crossbeam is driven by the lifting motor, gearbox, and lead screw to move up and down on the column guide rail. The main drive of the worktable is driven by a AC motor and a frequency converter through gears to reduce the speed of the worktable to obtain the corresponding working speed. The gearbox has reliable performance.
The main transmission variable speed is achieved by the servo rotation of four variable speed oil cylinders and the main motor. The variable speed oil cylinder is controlled by four electromagnetic directional valves to move the sliding wheel back and forth to the variable speed position. When changing speed, press the speed change button, and the electromagnetic iron is energized. The hydraulic oil enters the speed change cylinder through the directional valve to change speed. When changing speed, the main motor servo to help the gears shift.
The clamping and loosening of the crossbeam is completed by four oil cylinders, and the oil circuit is switched through an electromagnetic directional valve. When the crossbeam is clamped, the directional valve is powered off, The hydraulic oil pushes the clamping mechanism to clamp the crossbeam; When the crossbeam is relaxed, the directional valve is energized, and hydraulic oil enters the other end of the clamping release cylinder. When the clamping mechanism is opened and all travel switches are connected, the crossbeam is driven by the lifting motor to rise or fall. Be sure to regularly check the state of the clamping pressure plate when the crossbeam clamping and loosening are opened.
Commissioning attention
1. Before test machine, the operator and the relevant person should be fully understand the instruction of this manual, and be familiar with the performance of machine and lubrication and operation method.
2. According to the instruction machine lubrication, inject full oil quantity, wipe guide rail and lubricate.
3. Relax the clamping handle or screw nut of tool post and ram, use hand to move to see if it is flexible.
4. During the first 200 hours use of lathe, it is needed to pay attention to the following issues:

Safety maintenance
1. Before machine running, should check the fixation of chuck jaw on the worktable and workpiece clamping situation.
2. Before every shift, should check machine lubrication condition, all the guide rail surface must be clean and with oil, firstly start the oil pump motor before machine tool start. Allow to start the worktable only after the green signal light on the button station is bright (red signal light is off), on the contrary, if the red light is bright, the worktable is prohibit to start.
3. Before moving the tool post, should loosen the sliding seat or ram fixed nut.
4. Before the machine stop, don't allow to change speed and don't allow to lifting crossbeam.
5. After speed-changing, if the yellow light didn't turn off, don't allow to start the worktable.
6. Braking time of worktable should not too fast, normally adjust to 7-10 seconds, otherwise may cause machine damage.
7. In the initial 6 months of installation, smear the excircle of crossbeam lifting screw with grease.
