Introduction
CK51 Series is the CNC single column vertical lathe controlled by CNC system. For Model CK5116 , Max. turning diameter is φ1600mm. Max. turning height is 1000mm. Equipped with square ram. Work table is stepless rotation speed, from 5 r/min to 160 r/min. Driven by AC motor.
This series machine is used for machining kinds of the ferrous & nonferrous metal and some non-metal materials with hard alloy cutter, high capability and high speed steel cutters.
Through programs, below processing can be finished:
1) Turning inside and outside cylindrical surface
2) Turning flat surface, inner & outer conical surface and inner & outer step surface.
3) Arc curved surface processing, grooving & cutting, chamfer and round corner, R chamfer.

Crossbeam can be enlarged by hydraulic oil tank through lever and push the wedge, make the crossbeam to clamp on the vertical columns firmly, loose the wedge, actuate the beam rising and fall motor, crossbeam is actuated to the suitable machining position. All kinds of information instruction and data can be showed in LCD.
