1) Turning inside and outside cylindrical surface
2) Turning flat surface, inner & outer conical surface and inner & outer step surface.
3) Arc curved surface processing, grooving & cutting, chamfer and round corner, R chamfer.

Foundation instructions

Firmness of foundation effects directly basic accuracy of machine tool, so the foundation should meet below requirements:

a) In order to eliminate vibration during operation, the foundation shall be hard soil without subsidence or distortion, and shall be protective against penetration of groundwater.

b) The foundation shall have no crack, and shall have adequate firmness.

c) The foundation shall be constructed according to the foundation drawings, depth of foundation shall be determined by local soil condition.
