Product Feature

The vertical column is thermally symmetrical structure, and the inner casting sand core of the vertical column is unclean sand type structure, so as to improve the shock resistance of the whole machine. The upper part of the vertical column is equipped with a double-shaft extension drive motor and a left and right lifting box, and the left and right sides of the vertical column are provided with lifting screw rod; When the two-shaft extension drive motor is working, the power will be transferred to the left and right lifting screw rod through the left and right lifting box to realize the synchronous rotating movement of the lifting screw rod; Crossbeam classification positioning plate and position detection switch are fixed on the rear side of the left and right guide rails of the vertical column.

The working table uses high-precision cross roller bearings as guide rails, so the table has high rotation accuracy and large load capacity.

The table is driven by two AC servo spindle motors. When turning processing, the power of the two motors is superimposed, so that the table can achieve arbitrary stepless speed change from zero to the maximum speed. When the machine tool is milling processing, the two motors eliminate the meshing gap between the two driving pinion and the big tooth ring through the master-slave control, and realize the no-gap rotation movement of the C-axis. The center of the table is equipped with an angle encoder to realize the precise indexing function of the table.
