Model VT1250/ VT1600/ VT2000 cnc turning and milling machine has the functions of turning interior hole, exterior circle, conical surface, milling surface, drilling, tapping, side milling with Angle conversion head, etc. The processing products are related to various types of carbon steel, ductile iron, cast aluminum and cast steel, and can meet the requirements of mass continuous production at the same time.
The machine tool is equipped with semi-closed protection. To prevent iron filings and coolant splashing, the machine is equipped with a semi-closed shield and two split doors. The sliding door is installed with transparent oil machine glass to observe the machining condition of the machine tool. The turning iron chip is discharged to the chip collecting car by a chip removing device. Protective sliding doors are fitted with automatic locks.

Product Feature

The machine tool is equipped with independent electric cabinet, the safety protection level of the electric cabinet conforms to IP54 standard, the electric cabinet is fully enclosed structure, equipped with refrigeration and air conditioning. Tidy wiring, reasonable structure, strong heat dissipation.

 

The main drive is driven by two AC servo spindle motors, stepless speed regulation, and speed change by two-step gears to achieve the main movement of the table and the speed required by the C-axis non-clearance feed movement.

 

The machine feed is divided into horizontal feed, vertical feed and C-axis indexing feed. The horizontal and vertical movements of the tool post are driven by AC servo motor and driven by ball screw pair to achieve horizontal and vertical movements of the tool post. The rotating motion of the milling spindle is driven by the AC servo spindle motor, and the rotating motion of the milling spindle is realized by the transmission lever. The C-axis feed is controlled by two AC servo spindle motors through the master-slave control to realize the gapless feed movement.
