Product Feature

 

Machine base adopts box structure, thick wall and multi-layer wall design, which can minimize thermal deformation, withstand static and dynamic torque and deformation stress, and ensure high rigidity and stability of machine tool.

 

The beam is connected with the worm gear mechanism by the motor to drive the screw to rise and fall at any time. After the position is completed, the high pressure oil cylinder is used for positioning and locking to ensure the accuracy. X-axis guide rail adopts roller slide composite guide pair; The guide rail adopts Taiwan upper silver linear guide pair.

 

Preparation

 

1. Fastening screw of tool post must be loosened before connecting the tool post movement, whatever the rapid or working feeding.

2. Since there is no overtravel protection in the -Z direction of tool posst ram, it is important to pay attention to the operation and programming that tool post touches the worktable or works.

3. The tool post must be fixed to crossbeam during lifting and transportation of machine tool to prevent the tool post from slipping.

4. Before disassembling the vertical tool post motor, the screws must be tightened. Lock the ram to prevent the ram from falling off.
