It can process inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end faces, inner and outer conical surfaces, and grooving.
The gantry is composed of left and right vertical columns and connecting beam, which are connected with the base of the worktable to form a thermally symmetrical structure. The left and right vertical columns are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron as a whole. Gear wheel worm gear worm rod transmission box are installed on the upper ends of the left and right vertical columns, driven by the double-shaft AC motor on the middle beam, and driven by the nut to the trapezoidal screw pair (double screw rods) to drive the beam to move up and down on the vertical column guide rail.

Introduction of double column vertical lathe

The gantry is composed of left and right vertical columns and connecting beam, which are connected with the base of the worktable to form a thermally symmetrical structure. The left and right vertical columns are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron as a whole. Gear wheel worm gear worm rod transmission box are installed on the upper ends of the left and right vertical columns, driven by the double-shaft AC motor on the middle beam, and driven by the nut to the trapezoidal screw pair (double screw rods) to drive the beam to move up and down on the vertical column guide rail.

 

A fixed steel straight ladder is installed on one side vertical column, and a protective fence is installed on the top of the gantry, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to climb, detect and maintain, and at the same time protect the personal safety of maintenance personnel.

 

The working pressure of the hydraulic system is adjusted to 2.8MPa by the main overflow valve. In order to ensure the balance of the left vertical tool post, the system is equipped with one-way valve, liquid control one-way valve and accumulator. The overflow valve is used to balance the overflow cylinder when the vertical tool post moves downwards, which is adjusted to the less overflow when the tool post is not moving, and generally adjusted to 2.5MPa. The pressure relay is used for the overpressure protection of the balance system, and its action pressure is generally adjusted to 4.0MPa. The balance system principle of the right tool post is the same as above. The overflow oil of the main overflow valve in the system is used for the lubrication of each part of the machine tool. In them, the pressure of the lubricating oil leading to the closing groove of the working table guide rail is adjusted to 0.5MPa by the pressure valve. The pressure relay is also provided in the lubricating oil road of the working table closing groove to prevent the damage the table guide rail due to insufficient lubrication pressure.

 

The hydraulic system of double column vertical lathe consists of the following parts: main transmission speed-changing system; hydraulic balance of left and right tool post ram; beam clamp and relaxation; Table dynamic pressure guide rail system; lubrication of gearbox and working table.

Characteristic
·This machine tool consists of a frame structure consisting of left and right columns, a top beam, and a worktable base. It has strong rigidity and can withstand large cutting loads.
·The crossbeam moves up and down along the column guide rail, and is clamped on the column by a disc spring through a lever. The control button for lifting the crossbeam is located on the suspension button station, and there is a micro motion mechanism on the crossbeam to adjust its horizontal position.
·Two vertical knife holders on the left and right are mounted on the crossbeam, and there are handles for manually operating the knife holders on the crossbeam to facilitate adjusting the position and alignment of the knife holders. The weight of the slider is balanced by pressure oil. There are two unloading rollers installed on the upper part of the tool holder slide, and the bearing capacity of the unloading rollers can be adjusted by turning the screws at the upper end, in order to reduce the force during manual operation.
·The workbench is directly started and braked by the main motor through the gearbox. The speed of each level is driven by the transmission cylinder inside the gearbox to exchange gears, achieving sixteen different speed changes. The speed change selection switch is located on the suspension button station.
·The workbench is embedded with zinc aluminum copper alloy wear-resistant guide plates, and pressure oil (0.2-04Mpa) is introduced between the guide rails to improve their load-bearing capacity. The worktable spindle is equipped with a one-way thrust ball bearing and a double row short cylindrical roller bearing to ensure that the spindle can work smoothly with high precision.
·There is a lubricating hand pressure oil pump installed on each of the crossbeam and left and right knife holders for easy lubrication by the operator· The electrical control adopts PLC programmable controller control.
