Product Feature
1. This vertical lathe machine is suitable for rough and fine machining of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and some non-metal parts with high-speed steel and hard alloy tools. It can process inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end faces, inner and outer conical surfaces, and grooving.
2. The left upright column, right upright column, connecting beam, working table, etc. form a closed symmetrical frame. The crossbeam is driven by the lifting motor, gear box, and lead screw to move up and down on the column guide rail. The main drive of the worktable is driven by a AC motor and reduced by gears to make the worktable obtain the corresponding working speed, and the gearbox has reliable performance.
3. This machine tool is composed of vertical column, main gearbox, worktable, beam lifting mechanism, left and right vertical tool posts, electrical system, hydraulic system, etc. The machine tool adopts a gantry type structure, that is, the two vertical columns are connected with the two sides of the worktable, the main gearbox is closed behind the worktable, the beam moves up and down on the vertical column guide rail, and the left vertical tool post and right vertical tool post are arranged on the beam, can do horizontal and vertical feed and rapid movement.
4. The machine tool is equipped with a button station, and the main operations on the machine tool are concentrated on the button station.
5. The main drive of the machine tool is a common AC motor, which is driven by gears to reduce speed, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the shift fork to push the gears to shift gears, so that the worktable can obtain the required speed.
